Hi,
Can you put me down for 8 NSDs please. I've never done this before so thought I would start fairly low, but am planning to increase by one day every month this year, giving me 19 NSDs in December! I think I'm gonna include all spending which isn't a direct debit or expected bill. Not sure about groceries yet - might try to limit that to once a week (which would be a great start - I'm on first name terms with the staff in my local Tesco!).
