On a serious note I think (for what its worth) we are in for a big correction in values....Housing stock has been way over valued , FTB still priced out of the market,I dont believe banks will lend excessively like before,FTB,s will not be able to save large enough deposits, = houses wont sell,housing ladder freezes up= wont reach the bottom of the trough till 2012...........OR only other way out is banks to start lending excessively again...0 -

No argument with the rest of your post, just to add that the trough could well last for 10 years or more (Troosers has !!!!!! 10 years of 'normal' growth up the wall in the last couple of months).0
