I got lots of nice things this year but best one was from my brother and his girlfriend - a AA book guide to New York and a "paint your own pig" painted for me with Di's New York Fund on one side and I love NY on the other :D

Worst present this year was a food hamper with out of date food stuff (expiry date MAY 08:eek: ) and yes the person who gave it to us told us that it was last year's present and we should not eat it:confused:

  • hmmm - my OH bought me a lovely hot diamond bracelet with a heart charm. there is space for 3 more charms so he has mentioned that will sort out at least the next 3 Christmas pressies!!!

My youngest bought me a pair of gloves - I was impressed as it meant he had to go into Monsoon and buy them - he hates that shop! giggle...

worst pressie - I cannot think of any - I am always surprised at receiving anything!
Well lets see - I dip in and out of MSE all the time but I still come back - have done since 2007!!!

I got a sub for Delicious magazine and a new Nigella book both of which are much appreciated. My cuz and I always give each other a huge bag of individually wrapped pressies. They are all things we have picked up in pound shops, sales etc over the year. For both of us, it is our fave pressie and we savour it until the end of Christmas Day to open our cotton wool, pop socks, pens, diary etc, etc. Everything in the bag is useful and many things aren't needed until later in the year but they save us money.
