I've been in my role for 12 months (personal adviser JCP) and am loving every minute of it. Yes my days are busy (today had two advisers phone in sick so I had 5 extra interviews to slot in to my diary) and I always end up working through my tea breaks and have a short lunch break most days but I wouldn't say that my job is at all stressful. I'm lucky in so much as I was offered a permanent contract however I did resign from a permanent job to take up this role. I've learnt a great deal about myself over the last twelve months and feel that working at JCP has made me a more tolerant, caring person than when I worked in industry.0

i can honestly say i have never been happier in a job and will be devastated when my contract runs out. i work with lovely people and never a day gos by where our manager doesnt come round and say thank you to us all. as a matter of interest our new claims have doubled in the past two weeks. is this a sign that this new goverment are doing things wrong already. hello to all my old friends on here.:)0

Just apply online and then you get a telephone interview which is followed by a face to face interview and role play. I must stress this is for a customer service advisor. Some customer service exp is required as all questions are based on customer service. Hope that helps0 -
Hi. Thanks for the advice re. the O2 jobs. I just might try them, as I badly need a job and am getting more and more disheartened and dispirited every day.Just apply online and then you get a telephone interview which is followed by a face to face interview and role play. I must stress this is for a customer service advisor. Some customer service exp is required as all questions are based on customer service. Hope that helps0
