  • You have just got to be kidding me? £43.66 a week notational maintenance from £400 net wages? oh jeez! better be off and pack my bags and move in right now. My weekly pay is £229.20 without overtime but after I pay my £42 a week bedsit I live on £68 a week before paying council tax.

Im due to sign on next week and I will get £60.50 a week and no council tax.
The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.

The PWC can then apply for a departure whereby she would request that your partner's income be considered in terms of contributions towards the housing costs.

Soz, Im being slow on the uptake. My ex doesn't know where I live or have a girlfriend. That is my choice but does the CSA disclose my address, girlfriend and my circumstances to PWC?

No but they do divulge your income details. It is quite difficult to work out your circumstances as the allowances are clubbed together so unless she knows the formula, she won't know much!!!

It includes a friend also! What evidence do you have that you live alone? What does your tenancy agreement say?
  • Its a standard click-docs bedsit agreement. I share the kitchen and a bathroom with two others (no relatives) who rent on the same basis as me but I get a slightly favourable rent because the landlord is my uncle.

  • The CSA call me a non dependant relative. A non dependant friend is something I havnt seen yet.

    £2605.96 plus insurance.

Its a tracker mortgage currently £1662.28 at (as of 14 Jan 09) 2.99% plus a £750 a month repayment for the life of the mortgage. Council tax will be (she will lose her 25% single occupancy discount) £193.48.
