Is CSA1 an exact science? (if so where can I get a copy of the formula) -merged-

If they say no, then there is nothing you can do other than hope that a judicial review will overturn the decision not to give you a hearing which will cost you so much money and then it won't consider the case in hand, but merely the reasons that the tribunal service refused your application. If you win a JR you will have to go through the normal tribunal procedure.0

You will note that the form is attached to the leaflet which gives all the details about what you do in what circumstance. If you can't give a specific enough reason for your lateness, then you won't stand a chance. You had better hope that they accept your reasons for the delay.0 -
Is there a link to an appeals form? even it its a specimen.
An oral hearing would be OK with me.The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -
post crossed.
I have never seen this form before. Is this really the same form the CSA would have sent out to me?The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

I think you should stop being a silly little twit.
Re-read the post I made. I make absolutely no reference to legal aid.:D :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
This is a very up to date one - similar to those previous which you would have been sent if you appealled.0

What kind of money are we looking at?The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

It is v up to date. The ones I get when an assessment is done are plain navy blue with white writing on them. Do they send different ones out for CSA1 and CSA2?
And it has always made it very clear what to do when appealing and how to proceed if you are not happy with the decision.
It's there and black and white. No doubt the next thing will be that the leaflets were never received0 -

The good news is the costs are recoverable if we win.
Moth, you did refer to legal aid!0 -
