Is CSA1 an exact science? (if so where can I get a copy of the formula) -merged-

Your claim will fail as you yourself failed to adhere to the time limits set in legislation for appeal.

The time limit is secondary legislation, not primary legislation.
The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.

A judicial review will cost you an absolute fortune if you wish to follow that route.

Others have says the same and Im having real mega trouble getting legal aid. Im hoping I can resolve it at trinubal level.

The good news is the costs are recoverable if we win.

  • Hello Kelloggs.

I note that you mention in another post that on CSA1 a PWC's income can be taken into account also. When is this the case?

    Thanks

Yes Countryboy - if the PWC is working and NOT getting working tax credit, then their earnings are also assessed in the same way as the NRP's earnings are.
  • Thanks Kelloggs.

PWC has own business, accommodates students in her house and until recently had a partner living with her yet CSA say she has nil assessment. She has told me herself that she is not in receipt of benefits. Can I ask them to do an assessment on her?

By the way...odd you got a letter confirning that you were going to get housing benefit. Since it was abolished months ago.
  • Legal aid as abolished years ago, now CLS funding, but solicitors still call it legal aid.

I think you should stop being a silly little twit.
