Added up the last 12 months gross pay is £16907.76 (01 December 07 to Decenmber 08) including the overtime.
You need to do from April to December to pro-rata it as the taxable pay rate changes every April.0 -
The mortgage rate is 5.98% but I do know that the £615 consists of £450 interest payment.
Council tax is £132 for ten months.

What is the weekly amount of maintenance you are being asked to pay NOT including arrears?0

£501 - I am in the process of clearing the arrears.
Sorry I meant £501 per month.0 -
Countryboy, I have worked out your assessment to be in the region of £48 - £49 per week. I haven't taken your mileage into account at this stage because I don't know what it is as the crow flies - unlikely to be the actual figures you have quoted using this method (mad I know, but those are the rules). If you allowed 10p per mile over and above the 150 miles it would mean only £10 per week addition to your exempt income, which would equate to an assessment of £43 - £44 per week - not much difference. You can apply for a departure on the grounds of the true travel to work costs.0
