Didnt realise this thread had carried on after my last post.

Just an update to let you all know that I did receive full backdated JSA. After my original form for backdating was processed I received a letter to say they would not give it and if I disagreed to reply through the appeal process. I did this clearly stating I had been given false information and provided dates pf telephone coversations so they could investigate. Shortly after I received a letter and a cheque with full amount of backdated JSA. So the process worked for me.

If we all knew about everything none of us would need to ask any questions at all. However we all know how to be polite. I would like to say I have been helped many times on various subjects in this Forum. Thank you to all who have helped in the various categories from Utilities to Technical!
