    Didnt realise this thread had carried on after my last post.

    Just an update to let you all know that I did receive full backdated JSA. After my original form for backdating was processed I received a letter to say they would not give it and if I disagreed to reply through the appeal process. I did this clearly stating I had been given false information and provided dates pf telephone coversations so they could investigate. Shortly after I received a letter and a cheque with full amount of backdated JSA. So the process worked for me. :)

    If we all knew about everything none of us would need to ask any questions at all. However we all know how to be polite. I would like to say I have been helped many times on various subjects in this Forum. Thank you to all who have helped in the various categories from Utilities to Technical!
