Police should be able to get IP and locations of some posters on this site and use what they post on here as evdence aganst them. IMO anyway.
The problem is, mate, that we can never be sure if it is a wind-up or not! (I am not suggesting that the OP is winding us up)

Briona,
Andrea has asked us to keep to the point of how we can help the OP. We should not "discuss this". The OP has not indicated in any shape or form that she is committing fraud and we must not make assumptions. The OP has not said that her boyfriend is staying overnight. Indeed why should he - he has his own place, and so far as we aware makes no contribution towards the mother of his children or the children themselves. Within the present benefit system this is acceptable. It is not for us to make moral judgements in a thread asking for help. The OP has advised that she has a boyfriend but this is not to be confused with her financial partner.

I know! I do understand, and I won't say anymore on the point! Promise!*
*Unless of course the OP provides us with further information in support of the point! If I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.0 -
What the many people who post this sort of enquiry always forget is the money that will be saved by only running one household rather than two. Yes, the OP will lose some benefits but her BF will be contributing to her household because he won't need to be contributing elsewhere. Why do people always miss this vital aspect of the situation; it seems so obvious to me!0

At a guess he probaby lives with his mum and doesnt pay lodge (cos hes got a kid) so doesnt have a seperate household to maintain.
Course my real guess would be that there is really ony one household being maintaned and that they both maintain the same one -but thats off the record!99.9% of my posts include sarcasm!Touch my bum :money:Tesco - £1000 , Carpet - £20, Barclaycard - £50, HSBC - £50 + Car - £1700SAVED =£0Debts - £28500 -
Zara - Any chance you can explain this:Marker

Again, I fear that assumptions are being made. Perhaps the OP will come back to advise of the boyfriend's situation - this will assist in giving a balanced view of the best way forward. Certainly on £300 or so a week the boyfriend, could perhaps chip in a pound or two towards the upkeep of his children and their mother, but without knowing his contributions towards his lodgings or his household expenses, any advice for the OP will have to be based upon guesswork.
You have to admire the lad though. He has got it cracked. Spends his wages on himself and let the girlfriend's partner look after her and his kids. The guy is a MSE expert.

The OP's current partner who keeps her and her kids financially secure to whom I have referred is , of course, the government and the taxpayers..........you and me chuckie-egg! She is better off with her current partner than the bloke who is the father of her kids.
