has it showed as being taken out of your bank? actually on your statement? if it has email [EMAIL="orders@lush.co.uk"]orders@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] and explain that you won and got charged and they will refund you back.

Tulip - That happened to me too - I emailed them on [EMAIL="orders@lush.co.uk"]orders@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] and gave them my order number. Got an email back really quickly saying they had removed the p&p charge - think it was PD who suggested that.
