has it showed as being taken out of your bank? actually on your statement? if it has email [EMAIL="orders@lush.co.uk"]orders@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] and explain that you won and got charged and they will refund you back.
yes it did
it said subtotal was 0.00 then it also said free snowfairy will be applied to order as well price is £3.95
then total is £3.95
