Bumping is basically just replying to posts to say unecessary things like 'I have entered' or 'thanks' etc..., thus bumping the post to the front page, making you think it's a new comp and also knocking the newer comps to the back pages.

I'm not really new to mse but am still catching up with all the mse language .

I am off to the gym tonight for the 1st time in about 3 weeks, have pilates for an hour and that going to go on the cross trainer and the power plates - i will get back in shape!!!
