Thanks guys!! I knew you lot would send me hugs etc. Am just taking ten mins to compose myself and wipe my face before he gets back. And yes I really shouldn't react till I find out why.

Still can't get the new laptop wireless either!! It won't pick up the network I've created!! Oh well, lets see if I can concentrate on that for 10mins or so!!

huge huge hugs Gert hun, is it massively off-route that hes gone? could it just be he decided to use bigger roads to avoid the ice maybe? might even of taken a detour to call at a particular shop or postbox or something along those lines. Wait and see what he says before jumping to conclusions hun. Lots of love and snuggles to you.

My goodness this is the first time ive posted in here today, how slack of me !!! Been passing my parcels though and had a couple of draw entries ! I actually have recieved 3 out of my 13 items today so looking forward to getting the rest !!!

No Wems or phonecalls or anything again today, comping fairy must have forgotton where I live bless her !!!!!!

Right hope you are all well, special hugs to Gert and lots of get pregnant soon vibes for toniq.

Off to get some comps done now but will be back later cos I never can stay away for long lol !! xxxx.

... and a Happy New Year to me!!

No news on the house front yet, and then we had a phone call today to say OH's mum was going to kill herself!!
She is an alcoholic and also has to take tablets for a form of schizophrenia, but we now find that she has been drinking huge amounts of Vodka & not taking any of her anti-psychosis medication.

OH went to try & calm her & she is in such a state. The doctor came out & the upshot is she is being sectioned under the Mental Health Act.

This is not something new, this has happened numerous times over the years, so we kinda know how to deal with it now, but I just hope the beginning of this year isn't an indication of what the rest of the year is going to be like oterwise I might just join her in the hospital!! :rolleyes:

The positive, I suppose is that at least she can't drink in hospital, they will make sure she takes her meds & at least her body will have a rest.

Anyway, that's done now - happy happy joy joy (let's think positive!!) xxx
