had to buy myself some bridget jones style pull everything in pants to look half ok and not have a muffin top over my nice slim looking jeans. but was well over dressed with some of the lasses that came in to the pub!!!! im either too old (at 27) or too boring but do not understand how they can wear skirts so short they cant sit down!!!! my god there was some sights.........

really going to try on my quest to slim down and tone up as shouldnt need undies to do it for me............. its a good job i already have a fella as would not want to explain them to another man.

hopped on the scales today and have put a lb on so back to 11st 3oz, think that was xmas and new catching up to me.

  • ura.gifI am so happy today, think i may have won my fella over into being a mse and didnt need any of thisnunu.gif or this box.gif!!!!!!!

we have had a good talk and he agrees we need to pay some of the debts off and that he was spending far too much in the garages!!!!!! he didnt brush it off this time like he normally does and has even agreed to wait to get a new car (as much as i really hate the one we have) till we have paid alot of our debts off so we can save for it instead of using credit.

started doing my sit ups this morning, gonna do 50 in the morning and 50 before i go to bed. might even get my slendertone belt out and put that one for half an hour during the day. My stomach muscles no longer dome when i do the test so a good sign.

still no bids on my ebay stuff so am getting quite disheartened with it, at this rate i will be paying the fees but not making any money, so making a loss......

  • Good morning everyone!! it has been a wet and horrible weekend and is still pouring down!!! the river was really up this morning that it was touching the top of the arches on the bridges!!!!!

shop.gifi went shopping this weekend and spent £60 but did get quite a few bits we needed and stocked up on my butter and things for my baking and bread. My total for this month so far is £114 so still on target for my budget, shouldnt need so much next week.
I did find however the novelty of aldi is wearing off, was walking round thinking that mr A's and mr m's value range is cheaper and just as good. the friut and potatoes are the best value at 49p. thinking of getting a sack of potatoes off my mums milk man, but the fruit on our market doesnt last that long before it goes rotten, may see if the greengrocer in town is any cheaper than supermarkets.

Keep buying a gammon joint to roast for sarnies but forking out over a fiver and noticing that not getting as much for my money, would a butcher be any cheaper?????? never actually been into a butchers before so have no idea.................

my ebay items are now getting a few more views and one item has 1 watcher!!!!!! 3 days to go...... gonna see how these do at the end before i list anymore.

Asda and morrisons still do the free adverts so might put the baby carrier and a few other items i dont want to go for pennies on there, not sure how much to ask for big bags of clothes????? will have a sort out i think and do bundles of stuff, may be the way to go if ebay not good, spesh for my old clothes.

smile.gifthink ds2 may be getting his top teeth now as both bottom ones completly through now but is still chomping on anything and everything and dribbling and pretty much how he was when he was getting his bottom ones. poor lad, thought he might of got at least a week off before he started again.

my god this has turned out to be a very long post........off to check online banking................

coffee.gifbrew first me thinks, kettles on if anyone wants one......
    love rags

  • Evening!

I think the same about Mr M/T/A's value ranges vs Lidl/Aldi. I think value ranges are VERY competitive, and I'll be sticking to those for the moment. Mr M's has actually just started increasing their value range - keep it coming I say! Today I picked up squash for 15p vs their 'normal' own brand at 48p!

    Have a good week!

  • right, my mate is getting married in august and i have just offered to do her wedding cake as a pressie!!!! luckily for me it is going to be a simple elegant wedding so shouldnt be too hard. need to brush up on my icing skills again as not done it in a while. (used to do loads of cakes etc as wanted to do it as a job but somehow ended up being a nurse.........)

im actually quite excited bout doing it.... and my mate is chuffed she wont have to fork out the £200 for one.

just need to find a big square cake tin now (cheap) any ideas anyone???? have got a cake/icing shop here but think its a little pricey in there.
