Julie - what are you on, and can some of the rest of us have some
Iron descaled overnight, dehumidifier upstairs (it doesn't appear to be winning...), kettle almost descaled (its big, so I've done the bottom, and am working my way round the sides with it balancing precariously), oven shelves being worked on - soaking in soda crystals (sorry toots, didn't have any bio washing powder as I use soappods, but thanks for the inspiration) and being given a scrub with a metal scourer between rotations (they don't fit in the sink).
I suppose I should do a bit more unpacking of some kind...0 -
Well so far today I've deleted 30,770 emails from my ISP addy... and I'm still going :eek:
Busy watching "The exorcism of Emily Rose" now, and watching an eBay item I'm bidding on which finishes in about 20 mins
Off to watch some more.... :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
sorry to put a sad note on things but we just heard that a good friends father has passed away today, he was a fit man in his early 60's. Haven't spoken to friend but OH spoke to her boyfriend and the family are un a bad way, he was not ill, he had a sudden heart attack.
sorry to put a downer on the mood but had to tell someone, its only about 2 years since we lost OH's mother and father.
will have a drink and try and come back less gloomy.........0 -

Well I haven't done much more. Put yet more washing on (after a week or so not doing anything I have tonnes to catch up on).
DD2 is up and the other two are home now, trying to get them to have a go at the lounge but it's hard going! Going to feed them and sit down I think and just finish the washing off that I've started. Tomorrow Mr G goes to work at 2pm and I wont see him till sometime after 3amI do appreciate the overtime but it's a shame.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
SPC2 #571 - trying to get as much as possible0 -
