Morning everyone and a big hello to the new people

Johanne - the lakeland vouchers - how nice!
Mudders - have you tried the Mindjolt games through facebook? I lost a whole day recently.....
    Vanilla - hugs love
Embb - hope all is quiet on the neighbour front this morning

I ordered sausage skins last night - can't wait for them to arrive! Hopefully they'll be here in a couple of days so I'll be able to make sausages at the weekend!

This morning I need to go to the dump and empty the car there and tinker with the freezer - it needs a sort out and I need to update my inventory. I'm off to DiL's parents for lunch so this afternoon's plans will depend on how much wine is consumed! (DD is playing chauffeur).

:hello: Morning all! Still feel pants :( Wondering if I can ask for a spare body, one that doesn't need to think, eat etc but I can instruct on what needs doing. I can see what I need to do but my back is stiff, my neck if stiff and I'm coughing up cack...and I'm very tired :(

My main problem at the moment is that I have two bagfuls of wet washing I really need to dry, we're running out of cups and I'm on my last pair of socks and pants! See I know it all goes downhill when I'm ill  Mr G is great at watching the children, dressing them, feeding all of us and shopping...but he's not so hot on filling the dishwasher or doing some washing. He wanted his neck scarf thing washed yesterday so he emptied the washing machine (now wet washing in a bag on the floor), filled it with dark stuff including his scarf and put it on...but then at the end opened the door, found his scarf to dry and has left the rest :confused:

Gah I'm 31 not 71 although I feel about 71 to be honest :o An old 71, not a sprightly one!

Going to have a quick read through what I've missed and find some painkillers.

    Morning all,

Off to find breakfast in a minute. Didn't make the bread & butter pudding last night as I couldn't be faffed, and the cream's use by is 31st, so will make it today instead. We had the pasta last night with some of the cream, as I only need 2/3 of the pot for the pud.

Other than seriously flying I have no plans for today. Dinner is at MIL tonight as usual on a Tuesday. I may go to the gym today at some point. Will have to find out what's on TV cos if I exercise to a programme, I seem to do more and it feels less IYSWIM. Trouble I had last time, is I did some of the exercise before a programme came on the TV so had to stand there doing nothing for about 15 mins whilst I watched the end. I was the only one in that part though so no-one saw me.

Well there is a cinnamon & raisin bagel downstairs with my name on it, and I'm not up and dressed yet either. Plenty of washing to do so may put a load in now.

Hugs to Vanilla & embb and gryfon.
Congrats to johanne on the vouchers, and to everyone who finished their ironing mountains.

Will be up for some HHCs later,

    sexymouse xx

I think I need a list! My dad is keeping the two big children for a bit so it's only the small one I need to cope with.

Clear all dirty dishes (this may take two or three dishwasher loads!)
At least 2 more washing machine loads so I have clean pants and socks!
Sort out drying for horse and drying for tumble dryer.
Get piles of clothes ready for children to put away later.

Take bin bag and spend 5 mins in each downstairs room throwing rubbish into it.
Vacuum all bits of carpet I can see as at least that's better than vacuuming nothing!
Put all recycling in the boot of the car ready to go later.

I think that sounds like more than enough for me in my weak and feeble state ;)

hex2...I'm joining you now! Might not managed half an hour but shall keep going till my legs want to give way :rotfl:

Nicki thanks for the card it came yesterday.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
