I've rummaged through the computer desk and found some more shredding (done) and put out some catalogues for recycling.

Can't find anything I want to watch on television until 9pm...

    Hi Flyladies

As some of you may know I have moved on from this thread to the lose weight thread. I was wondering if you would mind if I introduced that thread to the half hour challenge, please? It has worked so well for me in so many areas of my life that I still set my fridge ticker before starting any work. Ive started doing HHE's, and would love to introduce the concept to others so that they can benefit from it also.

We've had those in in the past.. but we decided we were all too lazy lol
