Hi Flyladies
As some of you may know I have moved on from this thread to the lose weight thread. I was wondering if you would mind if I introduced that thread to the half hour challenge, please? It has worked so well for me in so many areas of my life that I still set my fridge ticker before starting any work. Ive started doing HHE's, and would love to introduce the concept to others so that they can benefit from it also.
