Flylady_Flower wrote: »- quick question, how did the cost work out? is it MSE?
I'm pretty certain they'll come in comparable if not less than, say, Richmond sausages. I'll work out the costings tomorrow. But I'm now exhausted! The second lot of sausages took seconds to prep than ages to skin! I couldn't work out what was wrong. In the end, I think it's science - because I hadn't cleared the nozzle bit after the first lot, some sort of vacuum must have been created and the second mixture just wouldn't go through. Took me flipping ages to work out why!
But the second lot is done and I'm now about to cook the first. I think we're having a late dinner! :rotfl:I will do them with mash and, just for you fly_f, onion gravy. But, you'd better get here in the next 20 minutes!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Toots, you know perfectly well that we would have made your life unbearable if you had committed to the challenge and failed! Hopefully you will now rethink your criteria as to what you should and shouldn't iron... and try to keep it under control
I hope you haven't overdone things. Ironing is hard work, and you need to remember that you're not superwoman ...
jjef... technically, yes, you do now have less to do in 2009... but I'm sure it won't feel like it!
Now... do I find a DVD and end up going to bed late, or do some more flying and go to bed at a sensible time? I'm tempted to go to bed NOW, but that seems a bit pathetic...0 -
soappie = well done with the sausages, they do look good please update us with taste & price..0

soappie I am still jealous of your chef
but I think what's also important when pricing is price for quality, they'll not be as cheap as richmond but they will be much better quality, not rusk and junk in!
DS2s glued to Don't Forget the Lyrics, it's the celeb special and Cerys Matthews is on who he likes, so he's quiet, well ok not quiet as he's trying to sing along but he's happy, DS1s gone to bed for the 20th time. One day I might be more organised...........

I've been avoiding doing anything constructive... and have therefore worked out that if I keep overpaying my mortgage at the rate I am (assuming rates stay down at the current level, which is unlikely!), I'll have paid it off in 5 years! It makes me feel old
...
... I'll obviously have to move soon
Or I could take up the challenge and see whether I can pay it off  but then again, maybe I should get out more0
