Shes over the moon with it, had a little turn on it tonight. She has had that sickness virus since xmas eve and is wiped out bless her so it made her day bringing that in for her, shes only 8.

I know thats what was thr driving force today, I wasnt taking no for an answer. The manager got someone else to ring me to tell me he couldnt help me further so I know straight away he wasnt one for confrontation(not that I am either mind) and that my only chance was to go to the store and baffle hinm with my new found knowledge, which I did, I must of done something right as he was bending over backwards for me by the time I left.
I felt 6 foot tall when I left the store lol

I didn't read your sorry tale until it had been concluded but I'm with the "armed with the SOGA and making a nuisence of oneself" brigade that gets results. Well done you and I'm glad your daughter is a happy bunny.
