Most of my order of free gwps came today just waiting for the no 7 clutch bag and bourjois one (says sent in sep parcel). The gwps are fab, especially the max factor and mens no7.


Can I just make sure that there are no coupons in the max factor bags or rimmel pallette.

Don't know about the MF bags but there isn't any in the Rimmel Pallette. HTH

BTW, what time roughly did you order these please as I had to order as a guest so can't check my order

8.30 am on the morning they fixed it, I got my dispatch email yesterday.

Just dont want to open the max factor if there isbt any coupons in there.

Ordered mine about 9.10am so theres hope they might come today then. No money taken yet though.

Went into big boots in belfast today there is hardly anything left! no s&g lots of no7 the big vanity case on every shelf and royal jelly stuff that really is about it! I am so hoping they are hiding it all in the store room!! !

Minimoneyme:- You make me feel so ashamed. I'm asked what was at Beckton and I say airily, oh some Sanctuary stuff and a lot of tat, giving no valuable information whatsoever.

Wheareas you beautifully list the entire inventory, with prices, for the store. I can only hang my head and apologise to one and all.

PS - I bet you were the only Brownie in the pack with badges sewn up both sleeves of her uniform!

We all like a challenge, but sometimes you just set the bar so high, it exceeds gold medal Olympic winning expectations. And with my bad leg, I can't jump as high as I used to!

Also, perhaps you could ask your SAs and CS staff to ask themselves how they would like to be spoken to when they have a question/complaint. And could all branches sing from the same hymn sheet? It's very frustrating for people in Edinburgh to find there's a great find in Exeter, but not at their branch.

I hope you have made lots of profit from us, and will therefore consider giving something back to Mankind, or Womankind - sorry not to be PC, but Personkind sounds silly! And may 2009 be a good one for you - and us!

Spoke to CS serveral times, cause I am worrier like that And they have confirmed, serveral times, that I will get the items, as they are packed and waiting for despatch in the warehouse, but even still, I worry because I have had a .com order in the past where I've been told this, waited ages, and then rung CS to be told...its still in the warehouse, and its not being despatched, re-order....which wasn't bad that time as it was regular stuff. If it happens with this order, I'd be stuffed as its all good sale stuff which is now OOS....so CS will be getting a major cow strop if that happens
