i just received my .com order and am so annoyed! i got a boss gift set for OH and a benefit b spot gift set for me and the mirror compact and mini perfume is missing and the large perfume bottle is broken and leaking everywhere. am i best to call them and say or just send it back. hopefully ill be able to get another!

kerry - I would call CS and let them know - that's really not on!!! Hopefully they will send you out new ones, and if they can't refund you. Others with similar probs have reported being told to keep the damaged goods, but I haven't personal experience - let us know how you get on.

Don't send it back - they always seem to loose returns :eek:
Definitely phone them, I had a cream that spilt over the other stuff, they refunded the cream, (let me keep the dregs) refunded a ruined item (oos, so could not replace) the rest of the stuff wiped up OK but they gave me some points for my troubles.
You shouldn't be inconvenienced or out of pocket for a mistake that they have made. hth

Haven't been bootsing for a long time ......................... not even been to the sale yet. I have a few points saved up which I'd like to use in the 75% off sale, after having been to this last year (got some fab bargains which helped see me through birthdays, teacher presents and all sorts through the year), I have truly been spoilt and can't bear to part with my points in the 50% sale.

I've read on this board that some bootsers are getting 75% off bargains already. Can you please tell me which products have 75% off and in which stores ? I'm really interested in some of the No7 Christmas collections (the one with the cosmetic case is lovely), and also any Reading/Maidenhead store bargains.

I saw the No.7 artist colour collection for £17.21, this was on boxing day in the big store on Oxford Street London (Sedley Place?) Had loads left upstairs. hth

Thanks for this. The No 7 artist colour collection is nice, but I have the Estee Lauder blockbuster set already, so can't justify getting that (although price is great). It was really the smaller No 7 makeup gift sets I was after for pressies .................... but thanks for the info.
