    hi all
im kind of new to the boots points system and the gwp and other freebies you can get with boots...any advice? would be really appreciated..:T
    Hi jtz :hello:
1.Read the first 2 posts of this thread by crazyposhgal (:A) and commit it to memory
    2. Read this thread at least once a day (it moves so fast)
    3. Make friends with some SA's at your local boots as you may need them to be cooperative when combining vouchers/glitches
    4. Memorise the Boots product list (with prices)
    5. Become an IT expert to deal with the frustrations of the boots.com online site
    6. Make lists, lots of them.
    7. Ask anything you want to know on here, everyone on here is amazingly helpful and friendly
    8. Have Fun! I've been Bootsing since October, reading this thread and trying out the glitches/vouchers etc have brightened up a gloomy winter - thanks gals (and guys) :T

Wow how lucky you are to have this close to you - I wish they would open one near where I live. What brilliant prices, i'm not surprised you spent all your points there today!!!!:D
Not really that close, unfortunately icon9.gif we're the other side of London. But I reckon I got to Beckton quicker that all those sitting in the queues trying to get into Brent Cross :rotfl:
OT - Another goodie for those in the area, the Tesco in Galleons Reach has the Green and Blacks free chocolate receipes book (rrp £14.99) when you buy 2 bars of G+B butterscotch chocolate (£1.75) this was mentioned on grabbits a couple of weeks ago but was oos everywhere near me. Book is with the books, Chocolate is with the sweets, is mentioned on the sel but the SA's don't know anything about it. hth
  • Thankyou speedqueen! I googled it..saw it does indeed have a spa, famous for salt, etc and.. all our boots parcels get "sorted", there....I learnt something new. :)

The video and music was soo funny! Thanks, made me laugh a lot.

Remember, last day to use the 100 points wyb No.7 metalic eye pencil can be combined with the 250 points from the GWP (I think it is that one) also on 342

I'm sure last year there was an option to only include items that were in stock, but I couldn't see it on their this year

They did have the option last year but they were so bad at updating their database (not even once a day) that even when you used the filter you would get told it was OOS when you tried to put it in your basket.
  • Went to Boots at Speke Retail Park yesterday and its shelves were empty people were buying any old rubbish, just nothing much to be had, just some No7 small sets
odd bits of R amd M some mens sets, and odd bits so went to Burtonwood today and that was worse !! Just hoping that someone nice is going to restock those shelves with some bargains in the next week or so . The soap and glory went on the first day in both shops I am told, just some 3 for 2 things left.
