My local store has No7 Intelligent Balance Day Fluid (moisturiser for oily skin) scanning at £4.53 rather than £9.50 (ish). Used the £5 off coupon (No7 and opticians) and got it for free!
  • i like this thread as well for the chat and bargins. I'm quite new to this forum and enjoy how friendly you all are.

I try and give me 2 cents when i can but this thread moves very fast and hard to keep up with but its so good reading it all.

I have learnt so much from you all and I'm pleased i found it here.

I'm hoping to get to boots tomorrow for more points!!

    I agree with Sandra,

I like the chat and community of the board. It does make it harder to find information though, so unless it's a really common question borne of not bothering to read a back few pages, we need to be open to people asking questions that have already been posted.

Saying that, whenever I've asked, everybody's been lovely.

    So...when does the 75% sale start? :D

hi, my dh works for a company that goes in boots, he always looks for bargains or rings to see if there's anything to look out for. Any way today he's been into 1 of the smaller boots and was talking to the staff, and she said the 75% sale starts this wednesday 14th.

Phew, I've definately got the right date booked off then :T I have to give 1 weeks notice to make changes to my holiday so if they brought it forward now it'd be too late for me to change my day off

like all of you i have been at the puter most of the day waiting for the sale to start and decided to give .com a ring to see what they said, well it wasnt good, they said that they trebile the amount of stock they had this time last year(thousands of some products) and that they dont think the 75% sale will start for another week or 2 due to the high levels of stock:eek:,i hope and pray that they are wrong and it starts in the next day or 2. we all need some brill bargins.

It didn't take me more than 20 minutes to read the All Through The Night posts
    Hi Sandra

Personally, taking 20 minutes to read thru even relevant posts on a thread is a chore. Certainly can't be bothered to wade thru tonnes of chat pages. And I've got a soft spot for the thread - the ones who've no interest in it except for the info will be the ones to complain to mods if the chat gets out of hand.
and I bet anyone who is complaining would have been very pleased if page 17 of the 22 had included a post that said "It's started! Yippee!", and then listed all the OOS items, best bargains etc.
I'd be more happy to see post 1 of the night say "it's started!".

I agree with Sandra also, I enjoy the chat and it is easy to scan and scroll through it if you don't want to read it all. There is nothing wrong with asking questions and people here are friendly and usually answer. The thing I get annoyed with is when someone posts a question and it is blatently obvious that they are just too lazy to try and find the answer themselves. Sometimes the rest of us have to scroll back pages for the link or answer when the poster could have done the same themselves!!!! It's true that some people don't want to contribute anything and only want to cash in on the bargains but I guess we can't control that!!!! We have some great people on here who are very clever and have a fab sense of humour and we have a nice community feeling here. It's my fav thread and I spend most of my time on here!!!! Thanks to all who contributes in any way!!!!

if only we had someone on the "inside" who could tell us for definate when it will start, only problem is, the website will probably crash or take hours to checkout and everything i want will be gone, although no psp, xbox, or camera bargains this year.
