The new system is very poor. I was told to E-mail full details of my order, card number, name, address etc to Customer Sevices & they would input the points.

If you've used a new email address, and entered the ac numbers manually (rather than pasting them in), it should work fine - or should if CS are to be believed They advised me to do that, and touch wood, I haven't seen any errors so far and the points total showed up immediately.

Best thing you can do is cs and they will do it for you.

How did you change your username? ive just found out family come on from time to time and read my posts so i want to change it. oh silly me i see now you haven't changed it but started again with a new one.

You've obviously all been driven mad by the "user-friendly" Boots website. I'm lucky if I can put one thing in the basket - I feel for anyone buying 100s of thing, must be beastly.

Thankyou everyone for the response to the Sanctuary question, if they had had the £3 moc they would have been a complete bargain.

Just to add the Soap and Glory at home pampering is also in stock in my favourites but if I click on it nothing comes up for me to copy but I can order. It seems that if we have added these items to our favourites we can order them but they dont always show up for others, next year I will definately be gong online the first day of the sale to save all the items I like to my favourites just in case they come back into stock.

Believe me it is beastly!! I hope everyone else gets want they want.

There were so many errors last night it was unbelieveable!!

I honestly don't believe anyone gave the arms a second thought, we were so anxious and excited about the baskets changing!!!!
