    The reason I would complain is that the assistant said the dress had been reduced instore for a while. Definatly worthy of a goodwill gesture in my opinion.


    But the OP didn't buy it instore at the instore price, she bought it online at the online price.

    TBH she's lucky she was able to get a full refund of the online price instore if they'd been selling the dress for less for some time.

    What exactly does she deserve goodwill for :confused:

    Just to clarify, I do not think the store or online dept has done anything wrong, but I do feel that in THIS instance, the online store could have offered OP a gesture of goodwill.

    She was offered s full refund if she returned the dress. What more can they do? Give her 5 magic beans.
