Hi Guys,
I've come across http://www.mint.com/ and liked the idea of being able to view all my accounts in one place.
Does anyone know if there's a UK site offering the same sort of thing?
Thanks,
Sean

Unfortunately I don't have any egg accounts so can't check this out. Does it display accounts from all your financial institutions or just the egg ones?
I think mint.com you can add pretty much any online enabled financial account from any institution in America.Cashback stats 28/12/08 Onwards: Tracked - £65.99 | Confirmed - £0.00 | Paid - £0.00

Mint.com are apparently looking to launch a UK orientated service late 08/early 09... I'd say now it's looking more 2009 sometime! (Source)
I haven't tried it yet but Kublax seems to offer such a service for the UK.
While I'd rather hold out for a mint.com service (with their iPhone app, it all seems a bit more polished), I think I'll probably fold and try Kublax at some point...0 -
Thanks for the link. I'll check Kublax out and hopefully mint will have a UK service soon. That's how I heard about the service from stumbling across the iphone app

Wraps have been coming for a long time but as of yet, no-one really offers a full wrap package. Some have come close but most focus on certain areas - investments and pensions only or bank accounts only.
The FSA is blamed as part of the reason as to why development of these hasnt gone too far. Along with a lack of willingness of many providers in providing the feeds through to the wrap providers. The FSA is also not very keen on people paying for the extra layer a wrap provides when most people really dont need it. Recent releases by them have continued to highlight that they frown on the use of wraps which have those extra charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). From what I can see Mint.com have never officially shown interest in making the service available in the UK. I point to the same source that fluffels used above: its just a forum post from two years ago with a good 50 requests for the service in the UK and not one response from mint... poor!
Seems to me that they're still ironing things out in the US before they think about other markets.
(I'd love it if someone could prove me wrong though.. it looks an excellent service!)
I recommend quicken (another US based finance service). Its free to have an online account, and I setup my UK based HSBC account easily. only slight drawback: because they're an american company they put dollar signs in front of all the values (instead of pound signs).
Only been using it for a short period of time so haven't made a full my opinion yet.0 -

There has been a lot of press recently about a new company called Money Dashboard, who are meant to offer a very similar product to mint.com
They are due to launch soon but I just signed up for there beta at moneydashboard.com
Hope this helps!
That's your own service, TMBGfan. You posted to promote it in August, so what's with the "they"? Dishonest spam isn't any better than honest spam, you know.0
