well i have used lovefilm for a couple of years now. I only had to complain once..and that was because in 2 months i had never received any of my top titles I wanted and when I threatened to cancel i received a sincere apology 3 months trial and have received top titles ever since...now that was a good 5 mins work

I'm not sure about that. Their head office is in Peterborough, but it doesn't mean their call centre is. When I phoned up the person I spoke to had clearly learnt English as a foreign language, she was even struggling to understand numbers in my postcode and I don't have a strong accent or speak unclearly. If it was in England I certainly don't think that someone who had trouble communicating in English would have been given a call centre job!
