I think from reading similar post on here that they will probably have something in their small print to get out of such situations. Anyway someone posted above that they are getting more stock friday so you might get it then

Drop the TS & contract stuff until they have confirmed that they cannot supply you with this phone (not just on the day they said).

Why drop the TS and contract stuff, they could keep from sending it until its worth less than the amount weve paid, or worse still in this day and age when you dont know whose next to go bump, you end up losing the whole amount. And obviousley they know how many people have ordered it so why not only take the money once the order as been confirmed ready for dispatch. As i see it payg is the same as a contract phone, if you default on a payment to them and they are soon down your throat

If you read the post what i was saying was theres nothing wrong with using the TS as a bit of pressure, forinstance go into Tesco get overcharged by as much as 1p if they dont follow there policy of DTD, see how fast they change their minds when TS are mentioned.

You paid £18 for the phone!!!! These are still selling for £70+ Get real! have some patience, at the very worst you will get your money back so what have you lost?

As a previous post, these should have only been discounted by £20 so the price was a mistake. some you win some you lose:rolleyes:

Wont say what I got it for as its not fair to the seller but I would say use the "Make an offer" button and not the "Buy it now"

Just got an email from orange to apologise for none delivery of my phone. They say it would be re-stock by Sunday 4th January, so we should expect it a couple of days later.

very strange!!! just got the email this morning from orange to say my 2 phones are delayed due to lack of stock, thy say they will be delivered from the 4th of jan!!!

however, my 2 phones were delivered yesterday!!

i am still waiting had no confirmation on it being sent or anything so not holding out much hope will wait til next week and see what materialises
