cheers but activated it and got message saying I've had £1 credit added.

my delivery note actually says I have paid 0.00 for the phone and sim no mention of credit anywhere. If I haven't been charged I wont be asking for the tenner credit

Can you check how much you were charged for the phone? The £10 was on my SIM card once I activated it. I can also see that I have been charged the £10.

mine was supposed to arrive today but I didn't get a dispatch email so I phoned to ask if it's on its way. I ordered mine on saturday evening - I was told mine isn't on its way to me but they're getting a new batch in on Friday so should get it mon/tues next week.

Have not recieved the phone i ordered on Friday but been to the bank and they have taken the money in 2 parts a) £10 for credit & b)£18.50 for the phone, on the email i recieved it confirmed the order and the day they would arrive, now heres the interesting part if im not mistaken them taking the money as confirmed the contract we have between myself and orange, if they have not arrived by tomorrow night i will (if ive got time, it is new years eve after all) be phoning them to make them aware they have broken the contract and maybe trading standards would be interested in the way they are operating. I may be wrong perhaps someone can tell me different and i will stand corrected
