I particularly like the way these baby socks and things are packaged and it seems special things are written on the leaves, I wonder how hard these would be to copy? http://www.onlinefloristperth.com.au/listProduct/Gifts+Perth/Baby+gift+basketsPucker up and kiss it Whoville! - The Grinch:kiss:0 -

Morning all
Just popping by with my latest project... Its not finished yet..I have just poked the fabric through the handles to see what it will look like... I need to sew it up and line it..
Its for my eldest niece and Im lining it using some of the spare fabric leftover from when my mum made her bridesmaid dress for my wedding :T money saving -plus she is a sentimental thing
The colours don't show up true on the picture..its deeper and richer in real life
I really thought I would struggle with the wool -but I loved it.. so much so that I am tempted to make some to see if they would sell :rotfl:
So thats 7 things done -well nearly :j
I keep looking at all the links and getting tempted -so Im sticking to what I had planned and then if I have any time left I will pick some more bits to try-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Here in Spain everyone has present on 12th night (Los Reyes..the Kings comemorating the Kings arriving with gifts for baby Jesus) Anyway, naughty children are given small sacks (about 6 inches square) filled with 'carbon de Reyes' which is chunks of black sugar. We have parades with the Kings tossing sweets to the crowds and floats, one of which is a float of the black sugar mine0 -

I made some little pink felt stockings at Christmas that I made into little hand pamper stockings -containing - Nail polish, pretty emery board, mini handcream, (boots/ superdrug). The felt was so easy to work with and looked really impressive when decorated with ribbon and buttons in co -ordinating colours.
I got a great book from the library on felt items to make - Its called Fabulous Felt!.
