Sharon - Bakerella is one of my favourite sites to drool over! Have you made the cupcake pops yet? They are delicious and although took a while to do, were well worth it!

Can I ask what a good price is for Cello, per meter etc.....

I have rolls of plain but quite fancy getting some xmas themed rolls for christmas, ebay has loads but of varying length and designs but then by time you add postage doesn't look like such a good deal

    any recommendations??

    thanks

I rescued a 200g coffee jar from the kitchen last night for cookies in jars, I get the feeling that we'll be eating a lot of mayo and pasta bakes and things in the next month or so!

Sharon i didnt have the right cookie cutter but if you have one of the big scallop circle cookie/scone cutters you can press the edge around the inside of that to give the same effect :)

irishgirl I love your cookies in a jar
    can any one help me
I'm making baking hampers this year and decided last night after seeing all the wonderful cookies in a jar photos that I would make one of these for each child to add to the baking hamper
I've been slightly concerned about my nephews baking hamper as he is 9 years old and although he enjoys cooking I didn't want him to be disappointed with his present , he is football mad so I've been racking my brains wondering how I can make it a bit more boyish and footballish ( is there such a word lol )
I thought I could make the cookies in a jar 'manchester united cookies' as thats the team he supports so I really need something red and white for decoration , any ideas ??
do smarties come in red ??? if so that means buying a lot of packets and saving the red ones but eating the rest ( not a problem lol ) and then I thought white chocolate drops
have any of you wonderful people got any better ideas ???
