We went to a party at a freinds home many years ago as we approached the drive 2 of their 12 yes 12 children were stood with lanterns to guide us along the path lit by lanterns, the luminary would be great leading to your front door. Like this idea but using lumiary bags or cans
Please note this is NOT my friends home though there house is big to accomodate all those children and musical instruments etc.

I did a few of these last year, and hopeing to do a few more this year too, but I find that they don't stick too well with the sellotape and tend to slip a bit, but very effect. if I could find someother way it would be really good, although I have one sat on the work surface a the mo and it seems to be holding so fingers crossed.0 -

Seeing that pot of choccie bars reminded me..........I've got a couple of silver coloured metal buckets upstairs -had some smellies in them from grandchildren the other year.....they're juse the right size for filling with choccy bars -oh lor.........something else to add to my 'to do' list............:rotfl:
ali - last year on the Freebie Board there was a thread for making your own newspaper first page using the name of who you were giving it to..............can't remember the site now (typical me........ always doing that) but if you google 'free newspaper' something might come up.
Failing that.......have a look on the Freebie board in the search engine, type in 'newspaper' and it might come up from last year. Not sure how long they keep them on for.
Well, this morning all I've done it two tea bag holders and one for a sachet of latte...........:rolleyes:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
