There are always an 'x' amount per week, but this last 10 days or so there an been an unusually high amount, what is different about this latest surge is the subject matter, these upsurges :

- are usually three distinct categories - Mac / Linux / pub ? social, and ;
- - and are usually [ evangelic variety ] phanbhoys looking for a new pulpit. or ;
- - hey I've found a smashing new website and I'm boring so I want to someone different to tell

- this time they are non specific and as tronator says search based in origin
- - first posts to this group will usually mean newbies find a subject they are interested in, or ;
- - or know something about, but ;
- - they are much better than the ' pub ' posters with their '' hey I've found a smashin' web site opening gambit

It's a given that those who use [ reside in ] this group are non pub / non social [ not anti social ]
I've long held the view that first posters from within MSE know its a technical not a social group and know the score
And that first posters [ just joined as a result of a search ] dip their posting toe in the technical water to test the temperature :beer: Tron

If I'm wrong then sorry but it looks like a potential spammer making a few posts to gain link posting right. Poor English suggests it isn't the posters first language.

You might want to delete that link or you are just doing the spammers work for him.
I suspect his post had that same link in but the blocker removed it (I don't know how it operates).

It's now illegal to advertise, import, or sell R4DS cards in the UK so any sites you come across are likely to be pricing in dollars
