xmas dinner, what did you learn?

Over for another year, tell us the successful tips and did anything go wrong :D

Jamie Oliver's way of carving the turkey was brilliant , but messing with the brussels was a waste of effort.

More of the traditional Paxo sage/onion went then the expensive stuff from M/S.

Waiting for the dishwasher, the rest of the 'mob' gone for a walk .
To you all , enjoy the rest of the day.

Mines all portioned out into the freezer, for pies, curries and sarnies throughout January and possibly February :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I learnt to let someone else do it! First year I haven't cooked or travelled miles away for Christmas dinner and it was marvellous :) Great dinner made by MIL then we could walk home and have a snooze.
