    Morning. Merry Christmas. Managed to drag myself out of bed and get the turkey in the oven. I don't think we will see any kids for an hour or so yet.
    Family over for 1pm and then laze about after a huge meal.
    NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!

    Merry Christmas everyone.

    I have had a shower, cup of tea, watched a bit of telly. Hubby and kids are still in bed, still waiting to open my pressies. :confused:

    Flaming Christmas Puds! ours have been up since 4.30 and my turkey's been in the oven for an hour already.

    I'm so tired though and really could do with a nap. Still, at least I'll be able to get lunch on the table by 1pm and then maybe with a bit of luck my parents won't hang around too long afterwards:o :D

    By 10pm normally I am tucked up in bed and drifting off to sleep but managed to stay up last night to watch 'Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special' so actually woke up quite late this morning because of it which makes a nice change. Hope everyone has a stress free and enjoyable Christmas Day. Will come on again later to see what Father Christmas has got you all :D

    Happy Christmas! All have a lovely day & sending big hugs to those that don't enjoy the holiday period for whatever reasons.

    All up here & presents opened, 2 loads done in WM (the washing waits for no man in this house not even Santa ;) ) so just getting ready then dh is walking the dogs before we go to my parents. I've done desserts this year so will be trying very hard not to spill them on the way up :D

    I've been up since 6.30 with an excited small boy. DH managed to phone home for 10 minutes, so we've said Happy Christmas to him too. I have built everything that needed to be built and have applied stickers where stickers needed to be applied.

    I'm going to put the kettle on again now. I think I am officially old this year as I made myself a cup of coffee before I started opening my presents :rotfl:

    still in bed here - just conteplating getting up and starting the veg prep. Havent opened my pressys yet I am teasing myself:rotfl:

    Off next door to deliver presents in a while then my folks arrive for a monster feast at midday (thats them arriving - I doubt the feast will be ready till 4 ish at the soonest:D
