I can relate to your comment about the pots, I don't know where to put them all. The kitchen looks so tidy when they are housed though.

I must get around to decluttering the kitchen cupboards, so that they can have a permanent home.

    Keep up the good work!

Good to see you join the weight loss thread wilf. I am trying to lose 1 stone to start with. I am now 11 stone 2 lb and would like to be 9 stone 12 lb. I am 5' 6", and was approaching 12 stone at the beginning of the year, so I have already made some headway.

I can't understand the points system so I am sticking with old fashioned calorie control and aerobic exercise three times a week.

If I stick to this plan my spreadsheet tells me I will reach my ideal weight on May 11 2010 :).

11 stone is always my sticking point, and the last time I was below 10 stone was 20 years ago, but what the heck :rotfl:.

difficult cos we have to eat away from home so much and i am not over keen on salad

have been accepted on one of the ms sites ESA so am now with them tns and grassroutes

    really struggling financially atm

have only ever been to scotland once...largs last year with golf love the feeling of wilderness etc.. have a friend in lossiemouth but not managed to get that far up!
hope you have a lovely weekend with your family...did they move to essex or you to scotland
my parents and sis live in cornwall....miss them terribly at times

    take care

    Good morning,

I couldn't get up this morning! There was thick snow last night and I was really hoping for a duvet morning lol, but it's all gone, so onwards and upwards.

    Plan for today

    [STRIKE]
    Sandwiches
    Gym kit DS
    Lollypop
    Accounts job[/STRIKE]
    Flylady x 2 - not done yesterday
Business plan - not done yesterday
    Roast chicken for tea
    Boxing fitness class
    Keep food diary

I'll leave it there as the house and my new business are the two things I find hardest to do.

    Have a good day.
