    Overscheduled a bit - need to organise a proper weekly schedule - with realistic timings. Still positive and keeping at it. Mystery shop write-ups must be done first thing tomorrow. Tired again by this evening and grumpy. Need to bite my tongue and not expect too much of DS.

    Tired and a bit lethargic today. Can't face the mystery shop write up on critical illness cover - will get up early tomorrow to complete. Going to force myself to do some studying now and the insurance claim and then will call it a day work wise. Looking forward to the X factor and roast dinner though.

    Start of a new week - the focus is on losing some weight - must commit to my calorie diary. Write in filofax each day.

    Pleased with myself today - stuck to 1500 calories and worked hard at the gym class (was torture). Must try not to let everything else slip. Red items MUST be completed tomorrow.

    So.. My challenges;

    Today:
    *Wash pots and tidy/clean kitchen
    *Make muffins and treats for tomorrow
    (I'm easing myslef in lol!!)

    This week:
    *Phone Scouts Association
    *Register as self employed with the tax-man
    *trade-in old phone cd's etc and get 'new' old phone I can use with my 3 sim
    *sell/envirophone my n95
    *Tell work I'm leaving
    *Cancel everything that costs money that I dont use (eg online dvd rental, credit check!)
    *Write up new budget
    *KEEP SPENDING DIARY!

    September:
    *Apply for Teacher Training
    *get rid of most of the stuff I've de-cluttered (ebay, freecycle, charity shop, bin!)
    *Stick to budget!
    *Spending diary
    *Pay off ALL debts (Not that many left LOL!!)
    *Start organising for Christmas (list of what pressies for who, make sure have wraping paper, buy a few things)

    This year:
    *Pass driving test
    *save AT LEAST £500 towards moving
    *Sort out all details possible for moving (eg joint bank account? what will we do with my wages while I'm still working? Cat?!)
    *Wait until christmas to buy a car (this one is going to be REALLY hard. I want to buy it NOW!!!)
    Feb GC: £197 :T / £320 Feb £5 a day challenge: £ / £145

    Great, some company, and one of my own kind - a former serial procrastinator. But not anymore ....

    I have found posting each day has really helped me. I am beginning to get things under control.

    - I will be 10 stone 7 lb by the end of September:-
    Gym and swim three a week
    1500 calories average a day - food diary
    2/10 and 2/12

    - I will complete module one of para legal course:-
    Sunday afternoon study session

    - I will stick to my budget:-
    Spending diary and discipline
    15 NSD's and £5.00 a day challenge.
    1/15 and £3.00/£150.00 so far.
