Not sure if it is a good idea to press on today. debating giving in to this chest infection or seeing if I can fight it off. Will opt for fight at the moment, just stuck an ugly concoction of fresh lemon juice, bronchial mixture and a fizzy vitamin C tablet down me.
Ended up going to my bed for most of the day. Still did mean it was a no spend day, when originally it was going to be a big spender! Update: Just kept going and got nearly everything accomplished. Really couldn't be bothered to go to Gym tonight, but forced myself. Although the class was extremely tough, I survived and feel strangely energised tonight. Discovered I have triceps! Also for the first time my zip on the Adidas 3/4 length trousers, bought in fitter, skinnier times, didn't burst open.
