I'm cross. I bought a gift set that wasn't in the sale. To mark that it wasn't in the sale, it had a white sticker on the tag that was crossed through (it was made after 1/12). The sticker is well and truly stuck to the tag, and has torn through it. So I emailed Lush CS, to ask if they could send me another tag. And they said no! They suggested that the enclosed leaflet will be adequate for the recipient. How mean.

Thats a bit unfair, the recipient might think you got it in the sale. :eek:

I dont mind glitter but not sure if it sticks to your skin or not , if it just means glittering in the water then thats kewl .

I cant complain about what they sent me really but im just annoyed that i wasnt sent £40 worth of stuff , i did put a message in the box before i ordered but they obviously ignored it.

I am now obessed with getting a Lush Grab Bag, maybe we should do a Round Robin thing between us all on here and as soon as someone sees it advertised they text the next person on the list etc etc, you know like they do with the kids schools when they are going to be closed unexpectedly, I am so scared I will miss it !

do you think it is possible they've accidentally sent you one lot of freebies instead of two? they are great at sorting out issues so perhaps tot up the amount the items come to then email or phone them about it? xx

Me and my 18 mth DD had a Flosty glitter bath and neither of us had glitter on us when we got out. It was a barbie pink bath with glitter floating everywhere. :rotfl:

Some of the items with glitter on can just be rinsed off in the sink before using, like on the Ruby red slippers BBS it's just a coating it doesn't go right through the product.

I do too, snowdrop and flosty gritter is a good combo. I work at Lush, so I get to do lots of demos, I can experiment with different combos, very fun.
Also someone mentioned the glitter products, if you put a squirt of shower gel into the bath water, the glitter will stay in the bath and not on you. I love Lush stuff, my stash is huge now, lol. I like to mention that even famous people love Lush, Kylie uses Aqua Mirablis, Halle Berry uses Dream Cream and Gorgeous moisturiser was originally made for Princess Diana.

Hi Kitty Kat, you say you work at Lush, I dont suppose you have any idea about the grab bags this year do you ? would be great if you did :j
