I checked my emails and I bought my grab bags on 2/2 so think we have a while to wait yet.
I cant remember lush giving away the xmas products online last year with orders though so maybe we wont see the grab bags this year.0 -

Im not happy , i spend £100 and ive added the total up and the free stuff should be £40 but its no where near that
I might as well gone instore as they had £20 boxes only left and i would of ended up with £100 worth of stuff , think ill have to send it all back now .
As they have a cheek not even giving me £40 worth of stuff , to top it off its stuff with glitter in0 -
I phoned Lush today to ask about the grab bags - they said that they may do them later in the month but were not sure yet, my guess would be that they will see how much Christmas stuff they have left and if it is a lot sell it off as grab bags0

In the retailer race to take peoples money I reckon we might see some bags, I'm waiting for them so I really hope they do them.0 -
I'm cross. I bought a gift set that wasn't in the sale. To mark that it wasn't in the sale, it had a white sticker on the tag that was crossed through (it was made after 1/12). The sticker is well and truly stuck to the tag, and has torn through it. So I emailed Lush CS, to ask if they could send me another tag. And they said no! They suggested that the enclosed leaflet will be adequate for the recipient. How mean.0

Ok I have been looking at this for a few days and there are a few things that I feel need to be made clear as there is some confusion.
For the Instore Promotion.
Spend £20 and get any one Christmas product free. It doesn't matter what date it is made on.
Or else you can get any one All-year round gift/ product free. As long as it was made before Dec 1.
The more you spend the more you get.
For the online Promotion.
Spend £30 euro and get randomly selected products free to the value of £10. They can be anything from Retro, Lush, Christmas Lush.
Spend £50 and get products to the value of £20.
Last year there was NO online offer and it went straight to grab bags in February which consisted of left over stock.
This means that if they do do grab bags this year it will be whatever is left over from the online sale which is obviously going to be less than last year as they never had an online sale before the grab bags.
Advice.
1. Go instore if you want to get real offers. It is a bit late now but it has been rumoured that some stores are still getting Christmas stock deliveries this week so you may just be lucky. Don't quote me on that.
2. If you aren't too bothered about what you get free try the online offer but if you get stuff you do not like then you cannot really complain.
3. Don't rely on there being grab bags. During one of the last parties it was expected there would be some and there wasn't and when people complained the people at Lush HQ got a bit annoyed.
There may be grab bags but waiting for them is a risk we got to take.0
