What kind of scents do you like?

If you are a fan of honey the the honey bee ballistic smells divine as does the flying fox shower gel.

If you prefer fresh smells, whoosh shower jelly, big blue ballistic and lemon peel soap might be a good starting point.

I don't generally like soap, but the Lush ones are not at all drying (great fro shaving with :o )

They also do a great range of mositurisers. I use celestial, which is a light mosituriser for sensitie skin. My sis uses the skin drink mosituriser which is super hydrating.
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j

I would go in and sniff things, and see what scents you like. The staff are usually very helpful and will be pleased to talk you through all the different products.

Maybe start with a small shower gel, a bubble bath slice, buffy body butter, a shampoo and a conditioner - Lush hair products do not contain silicones, so they are great for your hair

Shampoo bars are excellent value as they last forever, my faves are Seanick or Karma komba - or if you prefer a liquid shampoo then try I Love Juicy (mangos + pineappple). For conditioner I think the best are Veganese (lemon + seaweed) or Coolaulin (coconut milk)

All the shower gels are good so it depends which ones you like the smell of - Happy Hippy is grapefruit and good for waking you up in the mornings.

For bath I prefer the bubble bar slices, to the ballistics, as you can make them do more than one bath, so better value. Especially the big ones like The Comforter and Blue Skies - which can do 4 baths quite easily.

For me the Lush must have product is Buffy body butter, it's a sold bar you use in the bath or shower then rinse off. It exfoliates and moisturisers, so when you get out the bath you don't need a body lotion as well - Kylie is rumoured to use it!

They do soooo many lovely things it depends on what smells you like and whether you bath or shower, I buy bath stuff as a relaxing treat so I can enjoy them. I love the cream candy and Bathos bubble bars they smell like sweets :D The flosty glitter one is lovely for colour and really sparkly and I didnt get out with glitter stuck all over me either! The Melting marshmallow is yummy as well. They are all meant to be used in one go but I cut a bit off and thats enough for a nice bath and the marshmallow let in the bath for a bit then took it out and put it in a plastic bag. :money:

The solid shampoo Ultimate shine is really nice. And Snow fairy shower gel.

I could go on I love their stuff, my little girl is 18 mths and has Baby ballistics she loves trying to catch them before they melt. :rotfl:

I want to try Shower jelly now after somebody posted here about keeping it in a pot and rubbing a puff on it, I always wondered how I would use it without it getting wasted. :p

Oooh I want to try one of these as well now. :p

Does anyone else make bath cocktails with different bits of various bubble bars? I do. :rotfl:

I do. I love a creamy candy bar in the bath with a butterball ballistic. Loads of yummy sweet bubbles and all oily. Fab.

And I used to use a Hot Java ballistic with a piece of Wiccy Magic Muscles bar - all spicy and oily.

To the poster who wanted advice - you really need to go into a shop and smell everything. It all depends what kind of things you like. I personally love the things that smell of sweets - Rock Star soap, Honey I washed..., Creamy Candy etc. I also love the Trichomania shampoo and American Cream conditioner - the smell stays in your hair for ages.

Hi ya Snow fairy is a great place to start its a hair/shower gel when you have a bath bomb put it into a plastic bag and give it a good wack breaking it up and make sure you throw them in under the hot running water , try not to get the balls directly on your skin then season bath to you taste( ie add as much of the ball to get your ideal bath)try geetting hold of the Lush Timesits a newspaper they do with a index off all there product and what they contain , some times you can reuse I think they call it recycling:D effective water management:rotfl: just add hot water and off you go..Some balls are great fizzers so you could actually mix them, The Soaps do disolve very fast so i soap up first with normal hard soap and then use the lush soaps.....Try sticking the balls in the shoe cupboards:eek: to make the smell great ...Happy happy lushing

Please can some nice insider ;) tell us if they will be doing the grab bags again please!!!!!!!!!
