I really can't understand why they have such problems with some of these sites. As someone else said, you don't find the likes of play.com struggling to cope even when they were processing almost 1000 sales per minute during the peak online shopping the other week!

There's no way on earth that anywhere near that amount of people are currently trying to access Boots.com :rolleyes:
