That's frustrating.:mad: I've an order that still says 'processing' that I placed on 28th. I'll probably get a similar email too.:eek:

Just phoned Boots & they are having problems with anything ordered on the 25th & 26th of Dec. On my order page it said my order was processing despite the delivery being due today. They said they were having difficulty processing the orders made on 25th-26th & mine hadnt gone through. I would check your order so that you are not staying in for a delivery which isnt going to happen.

Wasnt such a big deal for me as when I opened my order page, most of it was out of stock.

Off to the shops I go!

My order, placed 26th December is due today by 7pm: have had the confirmation & despatch e-mails. Fingers crossed, as the S&G sets I ordered online were all gone when the instore sale opened here:rolleyes:

i ordered mine on xmas day and was delivered on 27th and ordered one boxing day and is 'still being processed' . hopefully ill get the items as they are all still in stock

Last year it was the 9th Jan, the year before the 10th, so I'm guessing somewhere around these dates - the closest Wednesday?

I ordered mine on Christmas eve and only recieved it today, though I am delighted to have got everything I ordered!

Just got the last of my Christmas day orders - one item not as ordered, but the kids are happy with the substitution - they asked for the Wall.e Eve action figure, and we got the construct-a-bot version instead, for the same price (sure it was more even in the sale?).

Everything else present and correct - and all birthdays up to the August bank holiday done and dusted for a fraction of the price, with enough AC points for a month's nappies :beer:

Ordered all of mine Christmas eve and no delivery yet - looking at my order now everything is out of stock so I have no idea if I will get any of it now.
