Well low and behold I received another email from boots saying that my items have been dispatched & it looks like I'm getting all my items apart from one.
Despite the delivery date being today it has now changed to either monday or tuesday.

Hopefully they will deliver during the the day as I dont fancy being at work until 7 as I usually get locked in & have a bit of a panic while I wonder around looking for the security guard to let me out.

So I had a lot of conflicting info, but its all worked out in the end. Im glad I didnt spend the last day of my holiday shopping in Boots.

I ordered some in the night garden toys on the 26th and received today. The order said "your order is being processed" until i received a despatched email on the 31st.

I also ordered a Rose Petal play Cottage on the 30th due for delivery on the 7th and that status is "your order is being processed" too.

I ordered on 24th Dec, I didn't get an order email, or despatch email, & in my order history it just said processing, but all of my order was delivered on Monday 29th Dec...

Cheesed off. I stayed in all day waiting for my order which was due to be delivered today and it didn't arrive! It went to being despatched today at 4pm though. I wish I'd checked earlier. Silly me assumed because they said it would be delivered today then it would arrive!

Well after all the hassle I've had, my order has apparantly gone from cancelled to despatched they marked the amount on my account 3 times so I had to get that cleared, I then placed another order for the few items that were still in stock so now I might end up with 2 of some things... what an absolute joke.
