I already made my bed. Aus it is. Better lifestyle. Not the perfect country but then nowhere is. It does a lot of the things I find important either well or tolerably well.

Oh and for those that think the place has no culture, we had a family BBQ this evening and I ended up discussing the merits of Hayekian Social Darwinism vs Anglicanism as a philosophy for life.

If, and it's a very very big if that we had to leave, somewhere with a good education and health system , that's hilly and not too hot - Norway seems to fit the bill.

  • Other - Scotland.
SE Asia is nice, the weather nice and warm, people friendly etc, but there is a lot to miss in Scotland too - the fresh air, lovely scenery etc.

As an outside location, how about Paradise city? I've heard the grass is green and the girls are pretty ;)

    Italy for me.
  • We chose to live here and I adore it, but if someone held a gun to my head then I'd have to say a sleepy hill town in Italy would certainly fit the bill! :D
