If you want to know your balance on Fresh then you have to ring an 0870 number that will cost you 15p per minute with a minimum charge of 15p. It is in the small print in the booklet that comes with the sim card but funnily enough not mentioned on the website. Kind of expensive if your daughter gets excited about her new mobile phone and rings it 8 times in one day
Fiscal drag, that's my problem. Too many people dragging on my fiscals.0 -
As the people above have mentioned only 90 day limit on credit, ringing numbers to find out your balance and in my experience awful customer relations.0

I have bought mobiles on fresh twice but only because it was the cheapest way to get the mobile; i cancelled the sim. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Tesco mobile are good value in terms of calls/texts and have very good customer service. Or why not try one of the new t-mobile payg plans? Or buy 2 t-mobile sims and use 'Everyone' for calls and 'Text Appeal' for texts. I suggest you take a look at this site too:
