Great follow the solicitors advice cos it may pay off.Did you ask him if you can get your car fixed?..hope you get what you want for xmas.
  • If the garage you had the work done at is reputable, there is no reason why you can't claim the money back from insurance - you don't have to use the repairer your insurance specify usually.

You're a lucky boy.No nothing special this year as DH and I decided not to buy each other gifts.Got loads of my grown up kiddies the usual sort of stuff..smellies,slippers ,chocs etc.It was nice having dinner cooked by them all and being waited on hand and foot..lol and spending time with my little grandson.

    Oooh a motorbike - you are a lucky chap:j

I am still waiting for a present from my chap - even dragging him into travel agents didnt help either:rolleyes: I have started dropping huge hints so hopefully he'll take the hint:rotfl:

I was given gift cards over christmas - I want to buy a suit in M&S and my parents gave me a pink amaryllis thing to grow. My ex gave me a pen holder for my desk which has been made out of bits of metal - it looks like a mouse that has been made out of nuts n bolts and is rather cute.

Good news about the taxi too - fingers crossed it is all sorted out soon.
