Since it was me who eventually gave out the details of the new plan officially, I guess it's my fault the thread was removed.

I'm sorry if I'm to blame, but since the new plan is out there for all to see - the magazine is in the shops with details in, it seems stupid that SW should be still trying to keep it secret. I have emailed my manager and told her that we've been put in an impossible situation nd that I shall be dishing out details to all my members this week, so I'm not being underhand discussing it on here.

I have to concur - I've though that it is stupid beyond comprehension - the magazine , which includes a fair bit of detail on the new plan, was on sale last Thursday at our group and I presume in the shops - so how can it possibly be "secret" - when it is available now to millions - ah well this is Britain - why would I expect sanity or sense - I should know better really shouldn't I ?

Savvy_sue (BG) however put forward a great idea - so that even if the thread is lost, any recipes aren't - perhaps we should get into the habit of also posting recipes onto the SW recipes thread.

Woo Hoo thanks Andrea, and Consultant it wasn't your fault - as has been said its out there anyway!

Think I might give it a go in the NY though I always think of superfree foods as stirfry veg - so there'll be a lot of that! :rotfl: :T

Been to weigh in this morning, usual weigh is usually wednesday nights but has been brought forward this week and next. I lost 1lb!
