    Mine did that, drove me mad too. I used to ring home at lunchtime, to say I wouldnt be home for dinner, only to be told it was ready. I couldnt bear it :confused: :rolleyes:

    Now, years later, I'd love someone to make me the kind of food she used to. I really miss having my dinner made for me, but never appreciated it at the time :o

    It was actually my Nan that did the cooking for us. Lots of stews, hotpots etc. She was a fab cook :D

    Evening! Had a lovely day with the kids, we went to the park, walked there and back (about 4km, so I can class that as exercise session number 1 for the week lol) through the local Xmas lights (Natasha kept saying 'oooooooh' and clapping her hands, even though they are SO rubbish, bless! :A) and called for a sausage roll and a gingerbread Xmas tree each for them on the way home so I didn't even have to cook! :j

    Ryan's got an injured face and a sore tummy cos he fell off the monkey bars, but he was so brave, and is quite proud of his 'battle scar'...:rotfl: (photos are on FB :))
